Eldar Mammadzade was born in Baku in 1995.
In 2012, he studied at the Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University's Faculty of History, history & geography teaching course. During his education, he actively participated in the university's social life, as a member of the Student Scientific Society he took part in Student Scientific Conferences, and various events. In 2016, he earned a master's degree in the history of Asian and African countries at the Faculty of History of Baku State University and graduated with honors in 2018.
E. Mammadzade started working as an assistant at the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Arts in 2018.
In 2020-2022, he continued to work as a specialist in the Department of Education and Quality Assurance at ASUCA. Currently, he works at the position of deputy dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts.
He has been teaching History of Azerbaijan at the Chair of Social and Political Sciences as a part-time substitute teacher since 2021.
