Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art General information Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art is the only national university that dedicate exclusively to preparing talented young artists for the professions of all artistic genres. The University has wide scientific, technical and creative resources and all these raise the quality of educational process using the modern methods of education. It encompasses all disciplines of arts including music, dance, theatre, film, TV, fine art, design, and Azerbaijan traditional arts.
 It consists of 29 departments and 7 faculties. The University has also educational theatre, sport club, the computer and publishing centers which correspond to the best world standards. ASUCA offers many opportunities. You can, for example, study to become a cinema and theatre actor, producer, cameraman, art manager, musician as well as art critic, theatre and cinema critic, expert on international cultural relations and so on. Under this innovative and cooperative spirit, ASUCA offers Bachelor’s and Master’s degree program for promising young students.
Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art welcomes qualified students from all over the world. The special dean’s office has been founded for them, which coordinates the system of education of foreign students.
 The ASUCA cooperates with many high educational institutions of the world, exchanges the experience with foreign colleagues and takes part in TEMPUS- TASIS and UNESKO-ASCHBERG programs.
The address: Baku, İnshaatchilar aven., 9. In the main building of ASUCA the administration and educational blocks are concentrated. Besides, there are a number of educational buildings: educational theatre, publishing center, the students’ hostel and other structures which are situated in different parts of the city.
